For 40 years, Our Communities Have Been Founded On Providing The Absolute Best Care For Our Residents.

Without their trust in us, we wouldn’t be here today, and we are extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve them and create truly personalized experiences every single day. We are exercising an abundance of caution and doing everything in our control to prevent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from impacting our communities. Our established protocols are in line with those recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and all other national, state, and local governing bodies, as well as local health officials.

We understand times like this can feel unsettling. We want all of our residents, families and employees to know that we are in this together, and that we are fully prepared to navigate this ever-changing situation.

Residents and Families, 

The health and safety of our residents and their families is our top priority — now and always. 

That’s why, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve continued to update our community rules, regulations and protocols as needed. Recently, we’ve integrated changes based on updated guidelines from the CDC and, first, in accordance with local and state requirements.

Visitors across all our communities are asked to complete a COVID-19 self-screening assessment prior to entering. Additionally, visitors are encouraged to follow the CDC’s core principles for infection control, community masking rules and any local or state authority requirements.

Community Measures

The safety of our residents and employees is always our highest priority. To keep our community updated on changes to our COVID-19 safety protocols, we maintain consistent communication with our residents and families via print communication, phone calls, social channels and more. Here is a list of the preventative measures we are currently taking to maintain the well-being of those we serve.

  • Our preventative maintenance process tasks each department with disinfecting and sanitizing high-traffic areas throughout the day, including handrails, elevators, dining room tables, furniture and more.
  • We utilize cleaning products recommended by the CDC for all disinfecting and sanitizing.
  • All resident events scheduled outside of our communities are pre-scheduled and follow state specific restrictions, social distancing guidelines and frequent hand hygiene.
  • On-site partners are required to follow all screening protocols, social distancing, mask use and hand hygiene.
  • Our wellness teams perform routine check-ins with residents every day to ensure their well-being and monitor for any symptoms.
  • We distribute a variety of communication on COVID-19 throughout our communities, including information about our protocols, resources from the CDC on COVID-19 symptoms and how to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Our designated internal team is dedicated to providing routine updates about COVID-19.
  • Community dining, activities and outings are permitted, and everyone is encouraged to follow COVID-19 safety measures, including face coverings, social distancing and hand hygiene.
